Z12 buffering is rarely a hardware issue. Diagnose in this order:

Speed test: Run on the Z12. Under 25 Mbps for 4K — contact your ISP.
Ethernet vs Wi-Fi: Switch from Wi-Fi to the Z12’s Gigabit Ethernet port. Wi-Fi jitter is a common buffer trigger.
Server congestion: Test at 10:00 AM. No buffering at off-peak = provider-side congestion during prime time — contact your IPTV provider.
Stream type: Toggle between TS and HLS in MyTVOnline 3 settings.
Buffer size: MyTVOnline 3 → Settings → Video Player → Buffer: 5000ms.
DNS: Set DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 in Z12 network settings.
